I’m highly scarred of my dad.When he gets mad he starts hitting things and screaming at me my mom and brother. I get scarred because I don’t want him to touch my mom. Then comes me and my brother. We aren’t angels but just because we hit a wall or I make him cry my dad threatens us by taking out a shoe. And since I’m older what he thinks I do to my brother he does it back. He has knocked the air out of me. Kicked me, socked me, smashed a remote on my head, picked me up from both ears, slapped me, and once he pinned me down to the bed and started slapping me on my back and ending up with me running away. He screams just because we ask something he thinks we are suppose to know. He gets smart with you likesaying and how else are you going to do it? He hurts me emotionaly and he has no mercy. Once he gets his shoe out he will trow it at you, and if he misses he will come to you and slapp you or kick you. I’m on 12 and I remember this started before my brother was born, 8 years ago. He talks about my mom and if he has a friend over and I get too loud, he gets mad and when his friend leaves he comes and hits me. He has even left his hand print on my leg, slapped me with a cable, hit me in the face with a soccer ball, and punched me on he head with his nuckles. He will trow anything in his hand at me. I’m scarred just being around him when he is mad. My mom says he is just not the type of person to live with. But she has no money to move out with me and my brother. And my dad also threatens to break our things and trow them away just because my brother cries. He gets mad very easily and starts screaming. I just want to put an end to his rage without me and my brother getting sepperated from my mom. Please help =/
also, my dad has been unimployed for almost a year now, and my mom is at work most of the time and all weget from him is the car, some money, and someone to take "care" of us while my mom is at work

My 17 year old brother is a**, almost everyday he beats me and tortures me, he pins me down, he puts his knee on my arms so I can’t fight back, he slaps me across the face and bites my cheek, nose, and chest. he does weird sexual stuff. He pretends to rape me and does very wired stuff, he is a good brother, but he always hurts me and it ticks me off. And he just hits me really hard, so hard the wherever he hits or kicks get numb. He also punches my shins and I have bruises all over. If I am on the ground tearing, he’ll call me a p*ssy, one of the worst thing is he holds me over the banister of our stairs that is like a 9 ft drop and I’m afraid of heights and he acts like he’s going to drop me. He laughs when he does it. Sometimes I wish I could take a baseball bat to his gut. He teases the crap out of me. My dad dosnt do anything, if my brother does somthing like that my dad will just yell at me if i start yelling from the pain. I won’t call the cops because my parents will get mad. And my parents don’t do anything. So I don’t know anymore. I am 12 years old and I’m a male.

Holy crap. I’m in 8th grade, and I’m in an advanced science and math class. Here are my grades:
Accelerated math:84.45 (84.5 recommended grade)
Accelerated Biology: 94
Social studies: 70
English: 95
Health: 100
French: 95
They want me to go to military school because my grades arent good enough! Im just not that good in social studies! My older brother is a mental retard and will never be aany good at anything, and I think my dad is trying to pin it on me.. What should I do? What is militaary school like?
Oh and i dont have any attitude/behavioral problems either.

Yesterday, Pedro Martinez was a my brother’s game because his son is on my brother’s team (teammates). During the game, there was a line for him to sign baseballs and stuff. I came prepared with two baseballs and two Pedro Martinez cards. He signed them.
Where can I sell the signed baseball that I got? On ebay, sports memorabilia store, ect. Do I need the certificate of authenticity as well or no?

I’m 27 years old and had emphysema and collapsed lungs since I were 20 years old.
I used to play football alot with my friends and my brother across the road from an old abandoned and now torn down brick yard, it was during those times that I felt that something didn’t feel right with me but I didn’t find this out for definate until I felt a bubbling feeling in my chest (which ended up being air leaking out of my lung).
My other mates also used to smoke pot & weed near me.
So my question is could any of those two had caused me my lung illness?
However my sources point to the brick yard because Sulfur Dioxide Exposure is said to cause emphysema, and brick making produced Sulfur.
I am a non smoker nor did I ever work in coal mines, but also as a child we did once go on a school trip to a coal mine & brick work place.
Now also I do not have Alpha 1 anti tripsin.
So all of this is a complete mystery to me and would be nice if I could pin point how I got it :/
